Hired Jeremy to develop a new App in Android and IOS. Jeremy uses his name as his company name and purports to be an agency of some sort. He does this so that he can deposit any funds directly into his personal account(s), trying to avoid taxation.
Project timeline was 4 weeks. After 12 weeks, we had a meeting with the App developer and without Jeremy. The developer said that we were not going to receive most of the project and the part that he could finish, would not be finished unless he was paid. The App developer stated that he had been paid nothing to date. We received nothing!
From that meeting forward, Jeremy would not return emails or phone calls. We have filed a Civil lawsuit in order to get a judgement against Jeremy.
