Jericho Foundation Repair Dallas Duffy - Tim Duffy Lied, Distroyed property, commited fraud, and thretened my life. Houston TX

I hired this company to come fix what a previous company had done. The owner (Dallas) came out and looked at the property and wrote up an estimate that included a blueprint showing what would be done. We agreed on a price and time line. After several visits of an hour or less I called the owner and got no answer for days, and then was contacted via txt with an apology.

The owner claimed he had crew issues. This went on for weeks and bits and pieces of work was done, but only after my repeated calls and complaints. Finally, after over a week of no shows and no contact I moved on and completed the work myself, including needing an entire load of sand to backfill all the holes they left, and to replace yellow pine that was supposed to be replaced.

Then their office contacted me stated they wanted to get paid, I stated my issues and was hung up on. The owner then called me and proceeded to threaten me with physical violence and told me he would "Find me and ***** me up." I haven't heard from them until today, several weeks later when I received a notice to lien my property if I don't pay the full amount. Despite the lack of completion, over a month over the time line, damage caused, no permits pulled (required by the city) and threats made to me personally.

Now they have placed a fraudulent lien on the property, adding further strife to my attempt to make my home livable.
