Your information in regards to Jerold Hamza is unsubstantiated but judging from your grammar, punctuation and diction, it is not important to you that you are accurate in your accounts. If you are going to lodge defamation against someone, you should have solid facts and reference points to support your argument. Otherwise your information can be falsely accepted as truth. You had mentioned that there are multiple genetic defects in Jerold Hamza and Lisa Smith's lines. I know for a fact that these two individuals not only test for genetic anomalies such as PKD but will not breed a cat who comes back positive with this trait. I have worked closely with these two and know for a fact that the only PKD cat they have ever had was one that was bought from another individual and that he was not used as a breeder. He became a very well loved house cat. Jerold Hamza was a Genetics major in college so he is very conscientious of the traits he allows to be expressed in his cats. Additionally, it is no one's fault when a genetic mutation occurs from time to time since a breeder can only act to limit certain ailments. Think of the parent that has a child with a defect. Do we blame this parent for irresponsible genetics? No. It would be unreasonable to do so. This same line of thought can be transferred over to the business of feline breeding.

You had mentioned URIs as one of your other issues with Mr. Hamza's cats. If you knew anything about Persians, you would know that their short noses lend to a higher proclivity towards respiratory infections. This is an issue with the standards we have instilled in the breed itself and has nothing to do with a specific breeder. That information can be found in any book based on Persians. Blame the individuals who thought that short noses were a desirable trait if you truly want someone to blame.
 
As for stealing money from others, who are these individuals? I have always known Mr. Hamza as a generous person and can remember quite a few times that he helped individuals out of difficult situations through altruism and funding. Furthermore, if Mr. Hamza were truly stealing money, then why would an organization in the red be making leaps and strides towards becoming financially self-supporting? Show evidence to the contrary or shut your mouth.
