Stay away from Jess Lim, Vanessa Ly and the now DEFUNCT FROM PRACTICING  LAW Linda Voss. They are nothing but scammers, they have hundred of corporations and they will use different names to try to scam you.

Vanessa is an expert in filing insurance fraud reports, she even " created" a fire on her house to have it all fixed by the insurance company. She will  " INUNDATE"  houses to get lower prices with the short sale lenders.
