I advise anyone doing business with Jessica Hanley, an interior designer with Kennedy Construction in North Vancouver, to be wary. Do not provide her with any money unless you get it in writing that she will pay you back (if owed). She has scammed me and others out of hundreds of dollars that up until now, we have been unable to get back.
