I ordered a custom stamp on December 2, 2014 and have not received any response as to my order. I went to the website and requested status and never received a response. I left comments on their Facebook page requesting status and never received any response.
After two weeks and upon speaking with someone else I knew, I realized I was never going to receive my product but they did take my money. I spoke with someone else and coincidentally found out that they had also been ripped off by the same company.
I recommend that no one purchase any products from the company as you will never see it!

We take the orders that are placed on our website very seriously. We have been doing this for many years and normally if our customers have questions about their order they reply to us via email or phone and we are able to solve their issue. Deanna placed her order on December 2nd. She included which style rubber stamp that she wanted and also the text. During the order process, she had to type in her email and shipping address. It was not a stored order address.
We followed up with an email proof of her design and waited for approval of the design. We waited 7 days to hear back from her and then we mailed out the stamp. I didn’t want her to be upset for not getting her stamp. So we opted to create the stamp and ship it out.

During the time the stamp was en route we finally head from her on Facebook.
She went on our facebook company page and slammed us that we do not honor our product promise and that we were a horrible company. I deleted the post and sent her a Private Message asking her about two things:

Approval of the design and looking in her junk box of her AOL mail box. (I know a lot of messages end up in the junk box.)

If she got the tracking number from us. Again I didn’t hear ANYTHING from her. It is almost like she was blocking everything.
I messaged her a few times and never heard back from her. But then she posted again on facebook and I blocked her from my company site because she continued to slam me and my company without even replying to my email.
We even tried to send a one off email via our website.
The stamp arrived on December 15th to the address that she provided. I reached out again via email to find out if she ever got her stamp. Per the tracking {that we provide on every order} it shows that she got it.
