Okay so firstly, I found "Jessy" from youtube. I saw her youtube videos and thought to myself, "Wow! She SEEMS to be a little more trustworthy than I would think of a rep/seller to be." Simply because it's rare to find actual videos of bags and sellers in the videos showing their face. Moreover, this made me believe the bag was what I would be receiving, because it's not a picture off the internet that the owner is presenting to the customers. This is her own merchandise.    

 Anyways, I noticed her email and website information and took advantage of that by emailing her and checking out her website. I was astonished by the plethora of goods she had on her site and saw how nice they APPEARED to be. Silly me, I got overly excited and said, "I want this bag! I want that bag! I want it all!" I even wanted to get my family member a bag too. Jessy emailed me only one time saying, "Thank you for being interested in my site. You are welcome to shop around...for anymore info please contact me at this email." I have sent her a total of 13 emails over the course of 2 weeks and she STILL HAS NOT REPLIED! In her videos, she stated that she would get back to her customers AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! 2 weeks is ridiculous if you ask me. Even 48 hours is ridiculous, let alone 2 WEEKS! But I believe that it was a sign from the most high that she didn't email me back about the western union info.  Because within those 2 weeks, I noticed some alarming things. #1)

JessyJadeBag does NOT do refunds. So you will pay her like $200-$600 on a bag that could look like the authentic or on a bag that is an obvious fake or she could chose to not send it AT ALL. #2) The next red flag that was brought to my attention was how EVERY review on her site had 5 star ratings on it. At first I was like, okay maybe her bags are just that good. But after the poor customer service I received, I was like "this cannot be right!" Especially because, I saw REAL reviews off of her website that she claims is so perfect. I saw a review of this girl who's friend bought a Celine tote from Jessy and the quality of the leather was sub-par. It was too shiny, and the customer said she was highly disappointed. If you don't believe me...just google it. They posted pictures too. #3)

The next red flag was, what I have already mentioned. The fact that I was waiting on a reply to my 13 emails for 2 weeks. #4) Some consumers on her website have put 5 stars on their reviews but others would be a mixed review...for example (one customers review reads): "As others have said, the shipping was longer than expected but it was worth the wait." This shows that shipping is also a problem. #5) Another thing that made me want to avoid JessyJadeBag at all costs was when I read another review of her company on this very site..RipOffReport.You guys can check it out for yourselves. It was reported by Cookie02128 from Maryland. They stated their honest experience with JessyJadeBag, saying how it took the company a while to finalize the order because of many different excuses that Jessy made up. At this point, I knew that it was too good to be true. Jessy is full of bullshit. With her fake "nice girl" accent on youtube. 

I urge everyone that is reading my review to look at Cookie02128 's review on RipOffReport. Jessy even commented on Cookie's review and she was so rude. She knows nothing about customer service. BOTTOM LINE: She neglects her customers emails, sends them non-refundable items, deceives the consumer into thinking her site is picture perfect with her 5 star ratings on 100% of her reviews, she does not and will not email you back in a timely manner, and it appears that the only time you can get this FRAUDULENT woman to reply to you, is not on email, but on RipOffReport when you are sharing your horrible experience with her. I am glad that I did not get the Western Union Info from her because now I can spend my hard earned money elsewhere. Everyone should look up reviews OFF OF WEBSITES before making a purchase because obviously the owner of the site is going to convince you that her merchandise is GOLDEN when it's s**t covered up in spray-painted gold. Do not be deceived by her.   

You know what I think is funny out of this whole situation though? The fact that I believe she will reply to this review I am posting, after refusing to reply to my 13 emails. B****, I dare you to reply. If you replied in the first place, maybe I wouldn't be writing this d*** review. What kind of a business are you running anyways? If this is your so-called livlihood, THEN DO IT CORRECTLY! You blonde-headed b****, I hope the feds catch you.

Clients so I know you are going to be wondering why I even humored this ¨complaint¨with a reply. As one can clearly see that

A.    This  never was nor never will be a client at jessyjade bags
B.     She clearly has issues not related to handbags, and I gently had to stop her from ordering  with me due to her verbal abuse as indicated here in her rant of profanities.

C.    She is not stable and clearly needs to seek out help and Im not in any way judging her on this. Im sure deep down she is a nice lady who right now is struggling with mental health issues and this is never something to be taken lightly.

D.    I didn't accept her order, nor did she ever pay nor receive a handbag from me

Firstly , I cannot begin to imagine what you are going through and your own personal issues and I wish you all the best. There are tons of resources out there which can provide you support in your time of need.
At the same time though, 

I want to make it clear that

1.    Yes i did receive your 13 plus emails over and over which you sent to me. I kindly had to stop replying after i explained that i could not accept your order. I cannot work with someone who uses inappropriate language, and is acting erratic.  So yes I did receive your emails. And clients please note I always reply in 12 hours or less . You can always reach out to me via email but I have my limits regarding verbal abuse ect.

2.    With regards to refunds, you are not a client nor were you ever. So you cannot attest to my refunds or how I work with my REAL CLIENTS on a 1 on 1 basis. If a client needed a refund before a bag was dispatched, I would talk with them directly. As each situation is unique. I would never not refund someone.  That's why I have 1000s and 1000s of happy clients over the years that I have been selling. People love working with me and trust me. So please¨¨¨ miss Stone¨¨ refrain from speaking about things you know nothing about.
3.    Cookie02128 that was a clear misunderstanding. The bank had  a 3 day national holiday and as such she got her refund in 72 hours instead of 48. You can reference the MTNC number  on her complaint and since then she said she was sorry and felt so bad about the whole thing. You can read her follow up after her complaint

4.    Some consumers on my website have put 5 stars on their reviews as you stated.
Ive never imagined it possible to have too many happy clients or positive reviews. EACH AND EVERY STAR on my site or elsewhere of happy clients. I EARNED THEM. I cannot begin to imagine why you would be disturbed that people LIKE my bags and give me the reviews I earned.  I shall attribute that part of your statement to  again the erratic behavior you have been exhibiting  as its just not logical..

The only bad review you will ever find out of all my years of selling and tons and tons of regular clients.. Is indeed a fake one. Its by a competitor and scam ring known as pursevalley, they are the owners of the ¨Review site¨¨ spot bags.cn  in addition to tons of other replicas sites. They post fake reviews and literally employ someone who their sole purpose is to try to attack  my perfect  reputation. They  direct people to order from their own terrible quality websites and they ¨¨celine¨¨ they ¨¨Purchase from me¨¨ IM pretty sure its safe to assume its one of the terrible ones they manufacture and sell. With a quick google of
Eva Knox scam   just google those key words to find the connection between, pursevalley, s****.>


Im sure every lady out there can relate. Have you ever been discriminated in your life? Blonde or otherwise? Skin color , ethnicity? Or  any other form of discrimination..  Let us learn from miss stone´s  ignorant and hurtful words ..that ITS NEVER OK TO DISCRIMINATE OR VERBALLY ABUSE SOMEONE ON THE BASIS OF THEIR SKIN COLOR, HAIR COLOR or for any other reason. Us women have it hard enough in this work place fighting for equality and I just would hope that us ladies can ban together and SUPPORT each other  rather than to rip eachother down .

So in conclusion miss Stone, I really hope you can seek out the resources you need with regards to your mental health issues. No hard feelings I know that its not personal  . I wish you all the best.
