Jet.com offers first time buyers to their site "discounts", or so it seems.  When you add items to your cart, and attempt to check out, there are so many restrictions on the discount it in reality does not apply. Also, they claim to offer free shipping, but when you actually make a qualifying purchase they stick you up with sales tax.  I complained to customer service, and to be fair, Jet.com gave me a $20 courtsey discount so I went ahead and made a purchase.  MISTAKE!  The items I received were overall below standard.  I ordered a case of name-brand toilet paper, and received miniature versions.  I thought I was ordering computer ink that worked in my brand of printer but received a knock-off from a third party that in no way worked.  I made the matter known to jet, and again, to be fair, the customer service rep refunded the price of the ink.  They need better disclosure of the actual product and stop with the bogus discount offers.
