As far as I am concerned, this company has some serious issues. Until I read these reports, I thought I was the only one. I, too, received the "free" sample. This cream literally peeled my skin. Ten days later, a full sized jar THAT I NEVER ordered shows up. I tried cancelling again. I will dispute this with my credit card company.
