For several years I have enjoyed the liberty & endless potentials of the online community known as EBAY. I sell things as well as find a few deals when the desire overpowers me.

However on my latest I have been the road most seasoned internet enthusiast's call common greenhorn error. I purchased a well described, very elegant 3 carat diamond tennis bracelet on ebay. The seller even looked legitimate to my seasoned eyes, feedback was 95% positive & well it was in excess of 75,000 remarks. The item was paid for & I happened upon an odd e-mail beckoning me to another site for deals lower than my most recent purchase on EBAY.

Well it happened it was from the observed as save EBAY seller. So I took the bait & ran the credit lines out for 3 more tennis bracelets. Why not spring for a christmas grand slam. The Daughter, mom & better half-they deserve the bigger looks.

Now I have accumulated one 3 carat bracelet two 2 carat starters & a amazingly handsome five carat slugger for the wife. All sounds good doesn't it?

Well they arrived two days ago & to place it mildly I would rather attempt pride in my luck at the quarter drop machines in the supermarket. I mean these diamonds were milk colored, some had black pits & a few were so odd that they even had literal pits & craters in their cuts. I will be understating my honesty & explain that quartz found raw has better coloration & or clarity, much less cut definition. Sounds like a no brainer, go to ebay & throw down on the readily available sites. Uh OH- "NO LONGER A REGISTERED MEMBER".

No trace no trail no remarks just vaporized he did. He does still maintain the AUCTIONRIOT.COM site. However most of the customer service email links are returned & bank on it he does not respond to authoritative return hostility.

All said & done **BE VERY VERY CAREFULL WHAT YOU BUY ONLINE IN THE JEWELRY DEPARTMENT** Never take a few photos at their face valuation. But most importantly never believe half of what you see & even less of what you read, especially when dealing with this character.

I have a suspicion that paypal (EBAYS CREDIT PAYMENT SERVICE) has a lien against his accounts. I would even go so far as to say that you will see him requesting credit card information up front simply to bid on AUCTIONRIOT.COM. If you do so give this please understand that I am opinioned that his site afford him the luxury of control. Control was not an option when dealing on EBAY, bidding on one's own items is rather tricky-but I suspect he does & did this as well.

TO finalize I would give this whole character both thumbs down & encourage anyone in NY to contact their local fraud protection divisions. I have allready afforded a headache from my credit cards dispute team!!BId safe, be smart!!
