Ordered a product from Jewlzie and it was not the right product. Contacted there customer service and they instructed to return the package using the order # as the Rma. Took package to USPS and returned to there warehouse address. They state they have no way of knowing when there warehouse received it. I shipped it without a signature required So they state I have no proof of return. I checked online about jewlzie.com and realized they have a lot of bad reviews for customer satisfaction despite there money back guarantee.
