Jiffy Plumbing, Heating & Cooling unfinished and unprofessional job Hyattsville Maryland

I called Jiffy because my toilet was leaking to the lower level of my home.  they send a tech to my home on 2/15/2016.  The tech looked at the issue and told me he knew exactly what the issue was and he was going to fix for me so "you will never have any more leak".  with that assurance I didn't sought a second option is went with Jiffy.  

The tech Rema was there for a short time.  he removed the entire toilet and indicated he replaced everything in forty minutes.  I paid him $400.

He wrote up a receipt and gave me a guaranteed for 30 days and assured me again that I would have no more leaking.

Sunday night 2/29 we noticed the floor downstairs was moist.  we watched.  this is not an area we often visit.  Late Monday we notice heavy leaving from the toilet.  I have missed the receipt and had to search for it.  found it and called Jiffy on Wednesday.  They sent the same tech back.  he was upset about the fact that I had no parking as the government were doing street work.  

He then look at the toilet upstairs and downstairs and told me it's the tank so it's different.  I never had that issue before he took the tank off the toilet.  He then told me there was nothing he could do and walk away.  When I called him to return as he removed the toilet top etc, he indicated that he had to go because he had to check on his car.

I called back to the office and they had me on hold for a very long period of time.  The manager came on and indicated that they did what I paid them for and I may not like it but that's just they way it is.  If I want them to fix the toilet theI'm going to have to pay $276 more.  So I need to decided.

I immediately had someone else to look at the toilet and they were almost sure when he took the toilet apart he "broke the washer that is causing water to leak out the tank."

They took $400 and now I have more water leaking than before they came to my house
