My husband and I purchesed a female rottweiler from said parties. We were informed that her paper work would be sent to us with in a couple weeks. After about three weeks I called Karen to inquire about the paper and was told that she was waiting on them and that it would be another week or two. After another two weeks, I again called to ask about the papers. This time I was told that there had been a problem with the papers and that she had to resend them. This went on every two weeks until I recived the papers to regiester my dog on Oct. 04 2008. Our puppy was bought and paid for in march. After talking with another breeder, I was told that the only reason it would take tha long to recive papers is if the papers were not filed.
