Jim M'Lady Nissan Sold me a worn out car, 10 years old, way above book value, Bad muffler, bad brakes and would not start on the first day out, refused to refund my money. Crystal Lake Illinois

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
They sold me an old beater they had taken in trade.
It would not start the first day I tried to drive it.
They did give me a loaner one of the times they worked on it.
We had to rent a car to go out of state when our Nephew was killed.
The car has bad brakes, and is worn out. I could not check the
book value, because our internet was down that day.
Kept running up the price. Salesmen were snickering behind my
back I should have got out then.
Has other problems I don't care to mention.
I would never buy anything there again.

First of all, thank you for taking the time to write your concerns about us. We do look at all reviews, good or bad, and try to learn from them. I am sory for everything you had went through with this vehicle.
