When I purchased my Jim Walter home I was told that it was a wood frame house. Well when you think of wood house you do not imagine a house being built out of pressed wood.
Pressed wood will not stand against the weather or termites. I have had several licensed builders come out to look at the house.
They say the over head ledges on the front and the back of the house are too short, there should of been drain pipes on the front and the back preventing so much water damage.
The materials used to build the house are of poor quality and I have to pay the price for this over and over again. Every time it rains I have to worry with a rotten spot.
Help it is draining me dry!
