HERE IS THE CIVIL CASE NUMBER ENTERED IN FLORENCE COUNTY 0080014360 002, FILED AUGUST 14, 2008. IT WAS SIGNED BY THE FLORENCE SUMMARY COURT JUDGE. YOU CAN LOOK ON LINE AND SEE THIS . HE OWES ME 1,515.00! ALSO LOOK UNDER EFFINGHAM COUNTY JAIL AND YOU WILL SEE WHAT HE WAS ARRESTED FOR.

YES, JIMMY RENTED A ROOM AND PAID THE WATER BILL WHICH WAS DEDUCTED FROM HIS RENT. I HAVE ALL RECEIPTS, THE COURT SEEN THE RECEIPTS AND GAVE ME THE 1,515 FOR PART OF RENT HE NEVER PAID. AND I ALSO HAVE A CANCELLED CHECK HE SIGNED FOR 1,000. HE ADMITTED TO THE COURT IN A WRITTEN REPLY HE OWED ME THE 1,000.

I WILL NOT GO ONTO THE CAR BUSINESS, BECAUSE ITS ANOTHER LIE. tHE YUKON HE STUCK THAT GIRL TOO. YES, I SOLD THE EXPLORER AFTER JIMMY DIDN'T HAVE THE MONEY. AND HE ONLY RENTED FROM ME, NOTHING MORE. I AM GLAD HE IS IN FLORENCE MAYBE NOW WE CAN TRACK HIM DOWN. THE PROBLEM IS HE DOESN'T HAVE ANYTHING, WE LOOK AT THE COURT HOUSE , AND THE CLERK OF COURTS HELPED ME ON THE SEARCH. NOTHING

First Mr. Salters did rent a room, which didn't include food or laundry. I will not argue the fact he paid the water bill, which was deducted from the rent. I have all copies of receipts. Now for the 1,000 dollARS HE HAS NOT PAID ME BACK AFTER HE TOOK HIS CHECK AND RAN. Now ladies here is the case number in Florence County Courts, which he never showed up for but sent a reply stating he owe me the monies. Jimmy Salters doesn't have a vehicle in his name in Florence County. I wish he did so I could go after it. But since he has a judgement againist him I will now do the next step. These facts are true and I will be contacting the courts and I also copied this letter and letters you sent. You have never paid me back. Also ladies look into the effingham County detention center, where he was arrest for abuse. Don't threaten to sue me, because my facts are true about these items I saved all receipts and the courts have all these case numbers on file.

I am Jimmy Salters Im here to set the record set.1st i i did rent a room from Amy and i was blame for a crime where my ex anf i were both in the wrong.as for the use of Amy's car when she loan it to me i put gas in it,even paid to have her oil change in her car didnt ask for repayment,she also ask for money to pay her water bil after it was turn off,after i paid her rent of 425.00 for that month.she was surpose to sell that car to me.yes i put a downpayment on a Yakon cause she lie to me more than twice i didnt wont to deal with that,car or her,now who i see is my own bussiness not her's or no one eles.I have two kids i take care of my kids,yes my refund came to her house that she rent she open the check and try to reseal it but it didnt work.I NEVER HURT NOR HIT A WOMAN OR CHILD NEVER.yes i live and own a home in South Carolina, I own my own truck, I contract with a logger.
