I sold an item on Ebay, A Panason Digital Scanner, new in box... it was never opened...
The seller, "Jennifer" claimed it was used, which is false... I provided photos showing it was never opened, new in box.
This buyer, "Jiangyao Chen", aka Jennifer Chen uses a UPS postal service box as an address... obviosly a scam...
This buyer claimed I sold her a used item, which is false, I have photos to prove it was new in box. I have a no return policy which is clearly stated in my listing. I attemped more than 3 times to contact the buyer, with no results...
I contacted Ebay, they sided with me on the appeal and refunded the $45.00.
The buyer attempted to send the item back to me, using a bad address.
Today I got a bill for 9.74 for shipping (what the buyer paid to return it to a bad address) and which I never received..
Beware of this buyer.
