Stay FAR away from this company!!!

My tax preparer was actually very nice but their billing dept. is completely incompetent. First they lost my check, then they debited my bank account twice for their fee ($1,100) and now no one in their billing dept will return my phone calls or return messages to get the issue straightened out. Needless to say, their customer service is non-existent. Don't trust them!

I wish I'd checked this site before I signed up with them!
