I signed up for the free trial for $4.99. You recieve 2 bottles so $10. I had a lady call and ask if I was interested in the trial, yet the money was already withdrawn from my accout. She went on to explain that it was a trial to see if you like it since the product is expensive. Never once did she tell me the amount of time I had to try it or the date by which I had to send it back. She also stated that my card would not be charged for anything other than the $10 unless notified. She also never told me how much the product would be if I decided to purchase it, $89.95 a bottle! I did not realize the first transaction of $89.99 and 89.95 taken out 12/22. But I did see it 1/9. I called the customer service number. They basically blamed me for not returning the product in the 3 weeks, which I was never told on the phone call, so I can get no refund for those 2 bottles. But then I found out that I had been set up for basically $180 to be taken from my account monthly for the 2 bottles they send every month. I had never agreed to this. All I knew was what the lady who called me told me. The customer service people had no information, hard to understand, and when I asked to speak to a supervisor was basically told I could not. I talked to 5 different people, FINALLY I got to talk to a supervisor. I can not get my money back for the "trial" bottles but I can return the new bottles they sent me to get a refund. I feel like they lied, my card would not be charged without my knowing. Mislead, the lady never told me a date I would have to send the bottles back by. And lastly, I was NEVER told that I would be on a monthly schedule to recieve these. $180 thats alot of money to have taken out of your account without your knowing! The customer serivce was unprofessional and the whole experience was horrible. I would go with another complany if you are looking to try this, or go buy it from a story to save yourself the hastle!
