J&M Pool Plastering / Garland TX Pool Plaster Corroded/Used cheap Materials/Did not honor Warranty Garland Texas

 After much research i hired J &M Pool Plastering . It was the worst mistake and the most expensive. He stated I'd I picked the more expensive plaster and paid an additional 500 dollars I would have a 10 yr warranty. When the plaster started cording a year and 4 months later I called him and not only did he want to charge me 250 dollars to come out to look at the problem but blamed the plaster company??? U mm why the heck am I paying thousands and thousands of dollars for good workmanship. He asked me to call the pool plastering company if I had paid an extra 500 dollars for the warranty I didn't understand why I had to call anyone for that matter. Come to find out the pool plaster products he used weren't registered therefore there was never a warranty. The pool plaster company said that he could of used any product how they know for a fact that it was their product. That itself led me to believe this pool company JandB / Tñowner of the company Juan Hernandez is a the if with a license. I felt robbed because I have a pool with signs of corrosion and the tile looks awful to say the least. Juan Hernandez came twice once to give us the estimate and at the very end to collect the money. His workers made a big mess and dumped the plaster water on my grass which led to my grass dying. I had to take legal action to try to recover some of my money. Stay away from this business. Also they forgot to plug the water fittings and they is one ugly water sign running from the water fitting to the middle of the pool...very ugly look. So dissapointed...I guess the people that are giving this company thumbs up must be his family members and people he knows...there is no way these people are professional. Not one of his workers spoke English...Avoid being ripped off and avoid the stress and headache...stay away from this company.
