jmbullion no delivery,no help from customer service dallas Texas

to whom it may concern,

                                         i recently ordered $130.00 worth of silver from jmbullion,and at first i thought wow they have great prices so when i placed my order i saw 1 price then by using paypal which is what most ppl use now each of my 4 items went up by 3 more dollars  ea.now we r wa above spot price but again i accepted the charge anyways so up till now everything is on me...now heres where my problems begin they are located in dallas texas but the are shipping from california to me in pa. it has been 7 days and no updates that my package has even left cali.in the tracking screen so i call jmbullion and wait 15min to talk to someone and they are no help at all they read to me exactly what i already see on the tracking screen and then say they have no idea why it is still showing the merch hasnt even left cali in 7 days when as im writing this it was supposed to be here by now... this company is a ripoff and fraud be very weary about placing a order for i feel u will not recieve ur merch.

They have a status page where you can see every step of your order...Everyone knows Bullion dealers take awhile to ship I have bought things from this company consistently for the past 5 years and have never had an issue but then again I understand the logistics of online ordering....If you aren't smart enough to understand basic timeframes for delivery and are able to update a MERE 2 DAYS AFTER posting your stupid review that you got your product you shouldn't have said anything in the first place.  Are you really that incompetent that you can't just wait for your order...Be patient or piss off!

i finally did recieve my merch very very late but it did come and im questioning 1 coin but it could b me either way i will never deal with this company again
