Beware of their services. Its only interest is a service contract or you would be overcharged for little or no work performance and or products. The company does not list terms and conditions on its web page. No real invoice or eceipt to provide. "Customer satisfaction" is not mentioned but a 90 day warranty. What does it mean? Communication between customer and staff is awful. No phone taking during business hours. Be smart to go somewhere than ITS for computer or Microsoft concerns.

Kate Benz not telling the truth

This is to confirm that the person under the name Missy is no other that Kate Benz, a hearing and speaking impaired person. The fact that she did dare to change her name is a sign of somebody not telling the truth. I have given Kate Benz a 90 days warranty to do any work she asked me to do. My charge was for 3 hours of work which is $180 dollars and the parts she requested so that I can network her computer. Having over 16 years of IT experience, I was listening to all the notes that kate wrote and I proceeded with fixing one issue after the other. After I was done, kate asked if she can bring her second computer to my office so that I can have it looked at it is full of spyware and a number of viruses. She just purchased a new Sony viao. My job was to migrate the data for her and to use a switch to network both computers and that's how i was able to do the work. Few days later, Kate emailed me asking me to refund her. The question is for what? All the work that she requested is done. I even offered to go to her home and to check on everything I did to make sure that it's working fine but kate did not want me to do that. She just want her money back. i am not saying that kate Benz is a bad person but i can honestly think that she is trying to rip me off my hard earned money. I did not solicit her her business. It was her who contacted me first and she was desperate to some help. She even asked me about having a service contract with her. The next thing I know is that she wants her money back. The question is that she is not being honest about telling the truth. Just because she has some financial issue does not mean i need to give her her money back. We have been in business for over 5 years now and i do challenge one person to come and tell me that we ripped him/her off or we double charged him/her. Now that people have two sides to this story, i am sure that they will judge for themselves. I do have all my email correspondences with her and I will make available to whoever is interested in the truth. Thank you very much for reading my rebuttal. I am not upset at Mrs Benz. I don't hold any grudge against her. I just feel that it's not right that unhappy people can just go to the internet and write anything to bring somebody down. I just wish her well with her life and our InfoTech Solutions show will go on...
