Joanne Ventura Misrepresenting me lying to me hiding financial information providing false information failing to disclose complete financial information not explaining the meaning of consent order I was compelled to sign Marlton New Jersey

Ms. Ventura represented me in my divorce, i was satisfied and trusted her. My ex took early retirement 3 yrs later, a total surprise. She failed to have him disclose his full financial info, even though she had his financial compensation info in her possession.  She arranged to have my alimony paid out of my portion of his pension which was divided as marital assets and I had no knowledge that what she was doing was against the law, telling me I was "lucky". She was aware of my mental disability suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Dissociative Identity Disorder, Anorexia and Depression, a result of 18 yrs of childhood sexual abuse, verbal, mental and emotional abuse, neglect at the hands of my father and step-mother and step-brothers. My father allowed this to go on, as she would have him and us removed freom the home as it was her property.

Ms. Ventura, my ex and his attorney, all knew of my mental disabilities and took advantage of my condition. I totally trusted Ms. Ventura, never dreaming that an attorney would lie or cheat. When 2 yrs later l  lost my Daughters soc sec of $7500 a year I had to sell my home.  The profit was eaten up by repairs that were underestimated, 70,000 and 2 months of having to live in a hotel as we couldn't live in the home. I had a breakdown and ended up in the psych ward at Virtua, and my daughter went to her counselor at school saying she was suicidal. This resulted in my getting a hotel, so we had some stability. Ms. Ventura didn't see the reason for a modification, even though my income was suffering. In 2007 I had a 3 level cervical fusion causing loss of income, medical bills and inability to work for 7 months during recovery. Again I asked for a modification and again there was a reason not to proceed. I had a laminectomy in 8/2009, another financial setback, and then in 1/2010 a  3 level lumbar fusion from which I never recovered. Again I asked for a modification as I was facing bankruptcy, again she refused.

I finally found out she was denying me to hide the circumstances surrounding the "Consent Order" which would have made clear that she had broken the law by using his pension to pay alimony and to hide the fact that he had taken early retirement and my alimony was reduced from $250 a week to his pension and his 129 a month to make up the shortfall of the pension. He has since cancelled my life insurance, against the law, again. I have to vacate my home and don't have enough money to rent an apt while he vacations for a month in Italy, and Paris these past 3 years.  I was put on oxycontin instead of morphine in 2011 which enabled me to attempt 2 runs, which had been the love of my life, however,  the oxycontine is no longer effective and I am back where I was in 2010, walking with a cane and in constant pain.

If not for Ms. Ventura's lack of proper representation, brought on by what I guess we will never know, I would most likely be living a somewhat more comfortble life, not constantly worrying about where the next dime will come from.

It is my hope that somehow, someway, Ms. Ventura will have to pay for her lack of properly representing me and that I won't have to live the rest of my life as I have lived in the past.  It is my hope that I will be given what I deserve in order to take care of myself and not have to rely on my daughter or son for support.
