This person fraudulently claimed that he did not recieve his parcels. He files claims with Paypal and as my parcels were unable to be tracked online, they gave him his funds back.Even though, I was able to provide copies of proof of postage to Paypal this made absolutely no differnce.
During the thirty days that this dispute was held over, Paypal froze the funds, $500.00au, in my account. When I did appeal their decision it took ten minutes to decide against me.
I have ample proof that this seller is milikng Paypal's dispute resolution process for all it's worth, and even though, I presented paypal with this evidence it made no difference to my case.
I have since discovered that this chargeback scam is rife within Paypal and unscrupulous purhasers are taking honest reliable sellers for all they're worth.
