 Cindy promised us that she would be able to supply our lash business. She initially filled one of our small orders, she also asks for 100% payment upfront and demands MOQ of 1000 boxes ($2500 cost to us), we then placed an order for 1000 boxes which we only received 250 of with our smaller order of 250 lashes, she kept the balance of our boxes and only shipped them when we placed subsequent orders.

We placed a verly large order of lashes 350 ($4900 cost to us) which took more than 2 months to complete after her promise of 19 days lead time. We now realise the reason she delays this is so that you can not claim your money back via paypal's dispute service. She's a completely professional scammer.

When we finally received the order it was only a quarter of the order and the lashes she sent were unusable. When I asked her where the rest of the order was she said it was 'returned' to her which is a lie she didn't send them to begin with as this is part of her scam.

I demanded that she sned the rest of our order and boxes to which she didn't respond for weeks, she finally responded saying she had been in a car accident, she was also apparently in a car accident in May when we placed our initial order however she tells so many lies she forgot she had already used this excuse.

We threatened with reporting her on RipOff Report however this did not deter her. We have lost in excess of $8000 in shipping costs, product and import duties because of her, we spent months negotiating with her DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS COMPANY! It is just her on her own and I think she orders the lashes from elsewhere perhaps China, but she was never able to fulfill orders on time.

She only ever responded when she thought we were placing a new order otherwise we would not hear from her for weeks on end. This matter has been dragged out since May 2013 and we have exhausted all our avenues.

She is very smart in terms of gaining your trust in her as a supplier and will fulfill your first 2-3 orders however when you place any large orders she deliberately fakes delays, car accidents and all sorts of excuses to wait out the dispute resolution system through paypal which is 45 days so you can not get your money OR your product back.
