Jodi Brown Of Superior Talent Group And Currently Of RPM Talent Agency I was ripped off by Jodi Brown of Superior Talent Group and now she's working at RPM Los Angeles California

Jodi Brown was the owner of Superior Talent Group and I did a National commercial as a client of STG. I received approximately $6000.00 in commissions from them (minus their 10 percent cut) and then was told that the commercial had stopped running and I had no more monies coming. At the end of the year however I received word that I had actually made $18,000.00 and was now eligible for SAG health insurance.

I called Superior and notified them of this discrepancy and they first assured me that I was wrong, then after getting copies of the checks they'd cashed from the payroll company, they told me that it was an accounting error and that the situation as being remedied. I then discovered several other people were also finding out they were being stiffed for their earnings. As we started communicating and comparing notes we discovered we had all been regularly misled as to the true amounts of our commissions. Some people took them to the California labor board and won a judgement, but never collected as Superior Talent Group closed it's doors and was de-listed by SAG.

Jodi Brown then filed for Bankruptcy and even the SAG bond she'd posted went to pay her personal and business debts. She stole my earnings but is now working undercover with RPM talent group as a manager even though she is a known liar, theif and no longer eligible to be a SAG talent agent. The DA is unwilling to pursue such small amounts and since it was a business arrangement it is considered a civil dispute rather than a criminal one. Jodi is still out there preying on people, being given shelter by the owners of RPM Talent Group and setting up more suckers for a fall.
