Talk about making a person feel like total crap.

JODI'S FLORIST in Pittsfield, MA just called to tell me that they have an order for me but they REFUSE TO DELIVER because they had nothing else going to my town. This was a gift from my daughter to me for Valentine's day.

The lady was RUDE, nasty and made me feel like total dirt.

I can guarantee that I will NEVER deal with them, EVER again and will make sure to let everyone know that they don't give a d*** about return customers or the amount of business that is done through them.
