I ordered two adjustable sports bras from this company, Jody's Secret, on the internet on June 17, 2017. I paid for them with my credit card and received an immediate confirmation email indicating my order number and that my credit card had been charged and my order would arrive in 4-6 weeks.

My order did not arrive within the specified time frame, so I sent an email to the indicated customer service link at jodyssecret.com requesting a cancelation of the order and a refund of my money. I did not receive a response from a company representative, nor a refund of my money to my credit card.

I attempted to contact the company again today and my email bounced back to me.
