Joe Adelsberger is running a very complex scam on Timeshare owners.  They cold call owners saying they have a buyer, offer more than the timershare is worth, and ask for upfront "fees" so you can get the money out of the escrow account.

These companies are running an intricate scam.  Do not do business with these companies.
