I too received a "$30,000 Money-Back Guarantee" letter from Joe Bor and without checking out his name first; sent in my $39.97 payment on 2/14/08. Well here it is March 1st and have not received anything back.
Since I was wondering where my information was, I came on the computer and googled "Joe Bor" and found Ripoff Report who had a few complaints filed about this guy. And also discovered that he is apparently also know as Joe Bordic, Brent Bordic, and Brian Bordic and that this is common for him to not mail anything back. This wreaks of mail fraud to me.
Boy, do I feel stupid for not doing a little due dilgence before sending him money which I'm pretty sure I won't see again.
I hope this helps others who are smart enough to check someone out before giving over you money.
