Our group hired Joe to develop a new mobile app in iOS. Joe's company name varies between his own and his last name and assumes to be an agency of some sort. He does this so that he can deposit any funds directly into his personal account(s), trying to avoid taxation. That was sketchy.
Project timeline was 4 weeks. After 12 weeks, we had a meeting with the main app developer and without Joe. The developer said that we were not going to receive most of the project and the part that he could finish, would not be finished unless he was paid.
The app developer stated that he had been paid nothing to date. We received nothing! From that meeting forward, Joe would not return emails or phone calls. We have filed a Civil lawsuit in order to get a judgement against Joe. He is a fraud that will rip you off.
