This property is not zoned for a business. It is not owned by Joe Crandall. This is a private home and horse property that has been infected by Joe Crandall who rented garage for storage.There are people coming all times of the day and night. 24-7 noise and chaos. Scamming neighbors and customers. People are coming with court orders to retrieve cars not fixed. Eviction in progress. He is a professional though and knows how to work the courts. He is living in a garage with no running water and no toilet. BEWARE!!! I may end up dead over this. Sheriffs are aware. Judge is not. Scared

Scared of what? According to your lawyer we singed a commercial lease. How I operate my business is up to me. I have hundreds of satisfied customers and I don't need to scam anybody. You have the sympathy of the sheriff but in the end the judges decision is all that matters. Everything that you complain about is based on somebody elses untruthful review and he will have to answer for your poor choices and his. I guess I'll be calling social services now and you know what for. Peace.
