There is a huge problem with Ebay and this so called Joe Penny (actor from Jake and the Fatman and Riptide) auction. First of all if you have ever got on Ebay and seen Joe Penny's website you will see that his account is 100 positive however that's because whenever anyone puts a negative response on his account then their accounts are suspended and blocked. I want to let people kinow what has happened to me and someone else on ebay.
First of all I had bid and bought a few photos and a c.d. on Joe Penny's website. When I got my invoice only the things that I had bought were on my invoice not the things I bid on. That's because Joe Penny does not allow new ebayers to bid on things. They have to purchase before they bid. Well, I wasn't too interested in that so I told them that I wasn't interested in buying from him. So he gave out someone else's personal information out to me and I contacted the person that he gave out their information. The other person wasn't too pleased with Joe Penny for what he did so they and I contacted Ebay about this.
When we contacted Ebay, Ebay suspended and blocked our accounts because we made negative feedback on Joe Penny. Myself and the other buyer has done everything that we can to ask Ebay to reinstate our accounts but Ebay refuses because we made negative feedback against Joe Penny. Every time someone leaves negative feedback against Joe Penny their accounts are suspended and blocked. Something needs to be done about this.

We are filing a civil class action lawsuit against Joe Penny and Ebay.
Tell actors that they have to go by the rules as well. Stop Ebay from suspending accounts and blocking them. Suspend Joe Penny's account instead.

Well, the friend that I told you about had contacted the seller Joe Penny and Joe Penny refused to sell the items to her by sending back the money but she sent the money again. Joe Penny took the money and now my friend is getting nothing for her $42.00. Not only that but my friend also sent Joe Penny $20.00 before for an autographed photo but never received anything before either. She had sent the money to him around in June by a different address then the auction is. So far she is out $62.00 and has nothing to show for it. Also I would like to comment on the feedback that the Joe Penny auction is receiving. I have been watching for awhile and one of the sellers had even committed and said that it was a nice picture that Joe Penny had sent even though the auction for that picture was not even over with yet. Joe Penny is leaving feedback on his own site which is illegal. Join with me and say suspend Joe Penny's auction site. Tell him that the rich actors don't get away with doing what Joe Penny is illegally doing.
