Joe Ricci Chevy Done Deal Automotive Sells garbage and then harasses customers Taylor Michigan

 Joe Ricci sold a car to my son and his girlfriend that are in their early 20's. Just like anyone that goes to buy a vehicle, you rely on the financial person at the dealer to be honest with you about what you are signing. Well they did not explain anything to them. They even went as far as to have them sign off on the right to return the vehicle with in the normal 72 hour return period. They also drew up a typed document stating that if there are any errors found in any paperwork after the complete sale and finalization of the vehicle that the dealer may call them up at any time to have them resign new paperwork. What is that? Joe @ Joe Ricci in Taylor MI was the salesman, and he took my son's vehicle as trade in for the down payment. After the sale, he said to my son that he was not making any money off of the sale of this vehicle so there was going to be a salesman fee of $500.00 cash. They didn't know any better, but did say they could not come up with $500. Joe settle for $300 instead and that this was between the two of them. He told them he would give them a few days. My son took him $$140 cash a few days later and Joe put it in his pocket and gave no receipt. Joe has been calling, texting and has gone as far as offering to come to their home to pick up the balance. My son told me what was going on and I couldn't believe it. I told him to send me the voicemails, texts, and not to pay him anymore money. I was even given his number that he is using to text them. I checked my cell phone bill to see how many times the calls, text were coming in, and printed them. Being curious I punched in the phone number for Joe and to my surprise it pulls up a 'Done Deal Automotive' which has the exact same address as Joe Ricci. All of my sons paperwork shows Joe Ricci. Then I went to google maps to locate the two dealerships. I was shocked to see an aerial veiw of this dealership. Nice looking cars up front for traffic to see off of Telegraph and a junk scrap yard in the back. This car is in such bad shape and I can't believe they sold it the way it was. Broken blinker, broken horn, dome light doesn't work, air conditioning does not work, heater does not work, and broken arm rest. Oh and no spare or a jack. When you are young and make minimum wage to live you don't have extra money. Sometimes you are just plain broke, beyond broke. This man and company should be ashamed of themselves to treat someone of any age the way they have. I think this dealer and salesman are shisters, and thieves.
