Joe Vasconcelos South Shore Real Solutions Loan modification Rip Off Kingston Massachusetts

Joe Vasconcelos promised to help us in a load modification. He came recommended by a friend of ours, which is even more disturbing. My husband met with Mr. Vasconcelos he told us to get certain info. to him

and he would have the modification done in 27 days. He seemed like a nice enougn man, and is apparently leagally blind. we gave him a check for $1000.00, and he told us to call him in a couple of days. We called, and called, and called with no response back. That was about 9 or 10 months ago. I am furios since we didn't have the money to begin with. We still have not been able to get a loan modification as we eventually went to a lawyer and need to pay him $1200.00, which we do not have.

So we are still in limbo. Are there any honest people out there? I'm really beginning to think there are not! Those of us who need the most help and put our trust in people like Vasconcelos get screwed. I am filing a report with the Attorney General's office as well if anyone cares to join me.
