Illegal removal of $78.64 from banking account. Met contract stipulations, but refused to refund money

04/29/2009 - eve. - established an email address for the Google trial. After email address confirmed, signed up for Google (on-line business) 7 day trial, no obligation, at a cost of $1.00.

05/04/ 2009 - $78.64 was removed from my account

05/05/2009 an email was sent unsubscribing to the service

05/06/2009 - morning - follow-up phone call made to unsubscribe and request return of $78.64.

Refused request to refund money.

Obviously, the money was removed before the 7 day no obligation trial and the contact was made to unsubscribe before the 7 day no obligation trial.

This is a true scam. Does anyone know of sites, options available to report this criminal behavior? I am bull-doggish about this scam, and will continue to voice the violations of this company.

Again, I'm sorry you feel that way.

We mention our billing terms , not once, not twice, but FIVE times on the order page . We clearly state in our terms that you will be billed after your one week trial.

http://www.my-internet-payday.com/index.php?module=order

Additionally our Terms page linked from the order page defines the trial clearly.

http://www.my-internet-payday.com/index.php?module=terms

We have had an A+ rating with the BBB
http://www.bbb.org/northern-colorado/business-reviews/internet-selling-services/info-media-inc-in-loveland-co-46013275

We have 10's of 1000's of satisfied clients and a fantastic reputation online for our products. We provide a huge amount
of value for the $1 trial as well as your first month. Information others have paid over $2000 for via our product line.

I can assure you we did not get our A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau by being thieves. They've examined
our offers carefully, as have attorney's, and we go over and above all compliance's.

Our sales department will make sure you're removed from the system and all payments refunded.

Best of success to you.

Sincerely,

Joey Montez, VP of Sales

I agree with the original report. My Internet Payday is a rip off. I did sign up for 7 days, @ $1.00. However the second day I cancelled by e-mail. I called the company and they refused to honor my cancellation. It is obvious they are a
scam bigtime. aI sugget anyone who looks into this company, don't use them.

If you have already signed up with them but cancelled and still get charges as I do, cancel you caredit card on the devils.
Also in answer to the original report.
Do the folowing. Go to the internet and look up Colorado government offices.
Find you senator. Send a letter, give him or her a call. Flood their offices is necessary and report this cjompany.
NOTE: Anyone can belong to the BBB. They are crying for business. The BBB is
nothing more than a local non profit that pretends to help you business in various way by referring the public to you. They keep giving themselves a paycheck.
It is a self make job getting paid from the business sector.

I will also get the senators name of Colorado and call and send a letter.
Please don't stop your calling and letter as these internet scammers must go.
Thanks
