Joel Utman Victimized and Smeared Walnut Creek California

Today Mr. Utman's cyberstalking activities were reported to the Walnut Creek Apple Store where he works. I obtained his IP address that is an Apple Computer network address. I was able to deduce from the IP address the nearest Apple Store in Walnut Creek. I called asking for Mr. Utman and they confirmed he worked there.

Please note, this was a completely unprovoked matter! I haven't bothered to as much as think about Utman for over a year believing he tired of his activities. Apparently be became jealous of my progress on-line developing a new web site and is still involved in libeling my name. His activities have been reported to Apple and the Walnut Creek police.

My response to Mr. Utman's comment post is as follows:

Jeffrey Hidalgo had a court judgment against him he evaded for 6 years. He was duly arrested for his evasion of a court order hearing about the matter in which he was served with court documents and a hearing date. I followed the law and Mr. Utman apparently feels he should be involved in this matter by placing comments on my page anonymously because he's a typical cyberstalking bully coward.

This is the URL I was referring to where Utman recently filed a report on me on July 2, 2007. It's obviously Utman because he mispells these words throughout his entries and demontrates a familiarity with the author of the above complaint in his post.

The guy who posted this false smear complaint against me was defintely Joel Utman who was too cowardly to use his real name.

I just found it kind of strange that a Joel Utman, under the ID of Ben from San Mateo listed links at the end of this post to several of my Rip-off reports that have nothing to do with him or this complaint filed on him.

In an act of obvious desperation, Mr. Utman took on a "Ben" ID and attempted to divert from his criminal activites and behavior by referring people to read my Rip-Off reports.

I fail to see how my rip-off reports, in which I have clearly been ripped off and have valid complaints, have anything to do with this complaint against Joel Utman. Obviously, Joel, being the mentally ill disturbed individual he is, has no ability to effectively deal with his mental illness that he feels a need to continually divert from his guilt through these kind of strange, illogical activities.

As you can see in the link below Mr. Utman recently filed in retaliation for my own, he has misppelled "Lier" throughout and can't spell because he is obviously mentally deranged. The nature of this complaint he filed, the second one in two days, indicates a man who will not stop harassing and stalking his victims - who went to the police only to get outed to them, who continues to want to victimize people.

Mr. Utman the post you made below, is going to be forwarded to Officer Gorski as evidence that you are still stalking and harassing me.

Identity of Mr. Utman and account information was stolen over a year ago by someone has gained access to his email.

Unfortunately he was a victim of an I.D. theif on craigslist.org.

Funny how Doug also traced Utman to silcon.com as I did. Utman doesn't realize that Craigslist gave me all the I.P. traces which lead back to silcon.com. I too discussed Utman with Silcon.com.

Yet he was able to work at his computer desk for over twelve hours a day working as a graphics technician. He often worked six to seven day shifts earning quite a bit of overtime pay. He stated he could sit for twenty minutes due to a bad back, yet was able to ride his bike on a trail from San Mateo to Menlo Park and back, a distance of over 28 miles. He road to the trail in his truck, a distance of 12 miles, a period of 25 minutes to and another 12 mile ride home. Total of 50 minutes. Not inlcluding the 2-1/2 hour bicycle ride on a hard pavement. Total time of 3+ hours riding time. Not bad for someone who had a bad back and could not sit for a period of 20 minutes.

Other lies. During this time, he had also flown to the Bahamas, a 9 hour flight. He had Flown to Hawaii, a 12 hour flight, Had flown to England a 14 hour flight.

I have had no contact with Mr. Utman since early 2003. There has been no more harassment of any kind from him directed at me or anyone else I know since then.

This all occurred from December 2001 through Mid 2002. Other mutual friends were also contacted by Mr. Utman also during this time, smearing me.
I have known him since High School (1972-1976)
No further contact or emails since late 2002 or early 2003, dates may not be exact concerning the last contacts recieved.
