Joesph Neri Chevorlet Dealership Lied too Williamson New York

To all who see this,
I purchased a used truck at this dealership back in September 2007, I was promised by 2 of the sales reps there that i would be able to refinance my vehicle after I made 6 payments. Needless to say after this was done I was told that I could not refinance my vehicle due to the mileage. I went and spoke to Mr Neri and he said he would do whatever he could to help me. The 2 employees who made the sale were fired back in November because it was noted that they had been ripping people off and making false promises. I ended up being one of those victims. I realize I signed the contract, but I was trusting these employess and unbeknownst to me they were lying to me big time just to make a deal. Also the help that the dealer was suggesting was to trade my truck in for a newer one. But that wouldn't help cause it would just raise my monthly payment even higher. I strongly feel that Mr Neri should stand behind his ex-employees cause they made the deal while working for his business. I am very frustrated that dealers like this one can take advantage of people and not be willing to do what is right. I hope that no one else falls into this problem with this dealership. I promise that I will never buy another vehicle from them again.My final answer from the new finance manager Mr Stan Speranza was that I should have gotten in writing, yet he was not employed there back when this happen. He also suggested that I should call the 2 individuals and see what they could do for me. He was very willing to give me the phone number to contact them, in which I just saw this as them washing their hands from the deal that had been made. So turly I feel like I was ripped off from this dealer just so that they can make a quick buck.!!!!!!!!! It is a sad situation for America when our own American business rip off the public. Who can you trust anymore?
