John 3:16 auto sales Frisby Construction Repo my car for a oil change stated that it was a breach of contract miles over 2000 miles contract clearly states 3000 to 5000 miles or 90 days. Because car had antifreeze leak 5 days after purchase acted like they fixed the problem. loveland OH

Purchased this ford escape 2010 on January 28th 2019 from John 3:16 Auto sales in Loveland, Ohio. Feb. 4th ,2019 notice a antifreeze leak informed when I touched the radiator it crumbled into ashes so I contacted the owner told him the situation was concerned that the car would over heat with no antifreeze also noticed that the car was idioling high as if the transmission was going out on the vehicle.

Went and spoke with a special at midas they stated that I would have to sign a waiver to test the vehicle cause of the color of the transmission fluid so I just decided to take it back to the dealer john 3:16 auto sales. The mechanic may like he did see a leak or smelled any antifreeze asked repeatedly to put vehicle on the lift .

They claimed they changed the water pump to stop the antifreeze leak. Thought it was weird that leak was pouring out around the radiator that they would change the water pump. March 6, 2019 my mother notice antifreeze pouring out the bottom of the vehicle and people walking by. By this time I was going thru 1 whole bottle of antifreeze a week car still idioling as well.

So I went back to John 3:16 auto sales told them about the same leak they then stated that because I did not get a oil change with in 2000 miles that this why there is a leak and that they did not have time to look at it that day bring it back the next day. Which I thought should have been priority to not blow the engine.

So I was going up 71 north on the highway all of a sudden my heat no worked was blowing out cold air looked over at my temperature gage notice thahe vehicle was running hot state farm patrol assist pulled up behind me and ask what is wrong with the vehicle I told him i think it is out of antifreeze so he assisted me gave me two bottles of antifreeze and put some in the coolant.

Stated that he would follow me which he did so less that a mile it ran hot again he looked under the hood stated that all the antifreeze was still in the coolant that it might be a thermostat or radiator. He took me off the highway dropped me off at penn station I called the dealer stated that they would gps vehicle and find on the highway and bring to garage Mike at the dealer proceeded to argue with me and tell me it was because of the oil change not being done I said to him been had this leak.

March 8th 2019 Mike said that him and the owner had a meeting that because I did not get a oil change that they are cancelling my contract as a breach and taking my car back. This company defaulted their own contract. Illegaly repo a car off the highway without notifying highway patrol acted like they were going to repair my vehicle which theft by deception.

Then the when I went to go get my belongings they locked my vehicle in the garage so they I could not get to it ripped out things that were installed in my vehicle that costed me money poured my rain x windshield fluid out which is not cheap did not even put cap back on the bottle threw everything in a box. I told them I have 40 dollars above my visor Mike stated there was no money above the visor.

I took my box told them they stole my money and my car called them thieves and left I also caught a taxi to get my things had to ask the taxi could I pay him later because John 3:16 auto sales had my money. I got a text later from Mike stating that he found my money above the visor and that he would mail it to me which proves they would not let me get my belongings out of the vehicle yet this place has the nerve to give out bibles once you start to finance a vehicle with them wow!
