John T Anderson and Empire Financial Services has been scamming clients out of money for quite some time. John also has a criminal record and was arrested in San Bernardino County for theft. He lives in Palm desert CA. He used to work in Temecula with another scam artist, Scott Brown. I have found out that he and Scott own a company called C R Help Center.

Empire has been taking money from me monthly for the past 10 months for a loan modification which he has not done anything and his number is disconnected. I have been trying to find other victums so I can turn this over to the District Attorneys office and anyother agencie I can think of.
