John Andy McAfee of McAfee & Associates Insurance Agency at 714 Broadway in Hannibal, Missouri representing Old American Insurance Company & Kansas City Life Insurance Company of Kansas City, Mo. mailed deceptive brochures/information all over Iowa to senior citizens offering burial insurance and free government benefits. 

The Attorney General of Iowa fined John Andy McAfee $5000 and banned them from mailing these offers again in Iowa.   John Andy McAfee sells burial insurance in multiple states in the Midwest and South.   Several of his agents were cited too.
