They charged me $7,000 plus unbenounced to me at the time based on my available funds.

Indeed what you get for anywhere between $1,500 to $15,000 based on your available funds or credit line, is merely 10 half hour coaching calls done once a week. The supposed coaches are not real estate professionals like they mislead you into believing by the sleazy saleman who gets you to sign up. They are merely regular employees who Mentoring of America hires via General Help Wanted ads they place in their local Utah Daily Herald paper advertising a job helping real estate clients over the phone. They know nothing about real estate. They are not professionals in real estate. If they really knew how to make so much money in real esate they would be doing it from home and not working for a boss in MOA making about $7.00 a hour. It's just a job to them. Look at some of my past posts and see where I detail call by call what theses idiot coaches wanted me to do as my assigments when I went through the entire 10 call program. It is absolutely rediculous. I managed to tape record these calls and I have sent copies of my tapes to an individual who is currently putting together a book to publish in the future about these types of infomercial scams to inform the general public about their inner workings.

The John Beck Mentoring of America program is complete utter gargabe period. If you do the math using the figure that you personally paid, you are paying hundreds or even thousands of dollars per half hour call only to be given free general knowledge. And like in my case completely false and incorrect advices too. Pure garbage. And all this while Mentoring of America pays the fake coaches about $7.00 an hour accoridng to some former workers there.

Some of the people that work there behind the phones are drug addicts, criminals, and 20 year old punks. See my other posts where I also expose some of their fraud employees with news coverage, inside statement from people who have worked for Mentoring of America, etc.

I ABSOLUTELY GUARANTEE anyone reading this that you WILL learn more about how to make money in real estate by watching just a single episode of TV shos Flip That House or Property Ladder on TLC and A&E than you ever will from 10 of these half hour calls from Mentoring of America. I did the program and I know this to be true. I would not have even paid $50 dollars for all ten calls, let alone thousands based on credit or funds.
