After some time on the computor, I watched TV and saw the John Beck Free & Clear program. I got on the computor and ordered it.

I was called, and convinced that I had been chosen to be on John Beck's Success Team. I was told I had three days to cancel if I changed my mind.

A different person came on the line who said we were being recorded (I couldn't hear her very well) I assumed she was repeating what was said earlier. I gave my credit card number and they ripped me off for $14,995.

The next day I called my credit card company to cancel the charge. I was told to cancel it with the merchant and if that didn't work, call back.

I called John Beck's representative to cancel. I was told they don't return money so I might as well make the best of the program and the encouragement promotion continued.

I called the credit card company again and was told they couldn't do anything until that charge posted. So I watched my account on the computor and when it posted, I filled out their Dispute form.

I received a letter today from the credit card company. It basically says "sorry".

In the meantime, I have not accepted delivery of a box sent FedX, and returned a package unopened received in the mail.

I returned their Enrollment Confirmation unsigned with a note 7/18/05, No, Please Return the Money, I did not accept shipment.

I have not accepted any mentoring sessions on the phone.

I have not seen or signed any contract.

So, now what do I do to get my money back?

Thank you so much for your help.

Sincerely,

Pam

John Beck's Real Estate Programs Are Shockingly Fraudulent.

AUTHOR: Reid - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, August 30, 2005

"I have reviewed the history of this transaction, and find your company's conduct to be shockingly fraudulent." These are the words of an established attorney!

The John Beck Mentoring Institute is a total sham and it's NOT just a matter of opinion. DO NOT believe a single word of the John Beck Mentoring Institute's sales staff, or any of their UNPROVEN "success stories."

The Free and Clear/Amazing Profit's program is a scam and has absolutely nothing to do with the "victims not following through with program" or any thing of that nature.

Take care my fellow victims cause I care, Aloha from Hawaii and God Bless.

Refund Agreement

AUTHOR: Al - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, August 28, 2005

Pam

Certainly take good look at that refund agreement prior to sending it back.

Even thought Mentoring of America is willing to refund the money; your agreement may or may not have been with John Beck Amazing Profits, instead.

The reasoning they maybe willing to refund your money is so they do not face a charge back from the card company.

Either way I was refunded the funds and did not sign there refund agreement. If you look at Joann's report she signed their agreement and still had conflict.

Eventually either way you should get your money back.

Keep the chainsaw sharp just incase.

Continue to work with your card company if needed.
Slim slides through the cracks.

Reid, I agree the BBB seems a little slac from what a person may expect.

Let's All Say It Together, The Better Business Bureau Is F^ck!ng Meaningless!

AUTHOR: Reid - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, August 28, 2005

Thank you very much EDitor, for posting the link to the many reports regarding the Better Business Bureau and why everthing the Better Business Bureau says about their "PAID MEMBERS" are MEANINGLESS.

The Better Business Bureau is a USELESS and MEANINGLESS organization. The Better Business Bureau is a scam, that is set up to mislead consumers to believe, that the purpose of their existence is to monitor the businesses that are members of their organization. This couldn't be further from the truth.

The plaque which hangs from store front windows and which are displayed at various businesses are literally PAID for and says, means, or proves nothing about businesses.

Be extremely cautious when a business emphasises it's affiliation with the Better Business Bureau or seems determined/adamant about it's PAID membership.

The only thing which says, means, or proves something about a business is it's own reputation and willingness to come forward in the public eye to resolve consumer related issues and reports.

PAID Better Business Bureau memberships, PAID merchant accounts, PAID advertising, PAID testimonials, PAID Infomercials, UNSUBSTANTIATED earning claims, UNPROVEN "success stories", etc, etc, are all MEANINGLESS.

Let us complete our universal contract and make it standard practice to send it to all businesses prior to any and all credit card transactions.

It's imperative that we consumers, someday for our own protection, start establishing and using universal contracts, because fraudulent businesses like "product of incest" John Beck's utilize fraudulent contracts.

Until next time take care Everyone cause I care, Aloha from Hawaii and God Bless.

The Better Business Bureau Is A F^ck!ng Joke To Say The Least.

AUTHOR: Reid - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, August 27, 2005

PUBLIC NOTICE: Ignore any and all Infomercials, magazine advertisements, newspaper classifieds, etc, etc, that claim to be offering "wealth building" knowledge. They're ALL scams!

There is absolutely no such thing as "gurus" or "businesses" offering legitimate "wealth building" strategies to total strangers, for less than the "earning potential" claimed possible.

I don't give a rat's a$$ if it involves Real Estate, online surveys, currency exchange, high yielding interest, or just lounging around in your underware in your kitchen, if an offer makes little or no sense mathematically, it's a scam no doubt, and definitely not just a matter of ones opinion. If something sounds too good to be true, IT IS.

The fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Institute's (f^ck!ng inbreeds) Real Estate program is beyond useless, it's fraudulent.

The John Beck Mentoring Institute does not PROVE any of their claims and or "success stories", because their program has an absolute zero chance of turning "success stories."

It's also the reason why no inbreed from the fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Institute has been willing and able to come forward in the public eye and resolve a single consumer complaint or simply PROVE a single report to the contrary.

WARNING: DO NOT consider a business legitimate just because it's in good standing with the Better Business Bureau. Any and all information/opinions released by the Better Business Bureau regarding it's members are in a sense PAID for.

Better Business Bureau membership dues are PAID for by the very businesses that rip consumers off in the first place, therefore, any of the Better Business Bureau's opinions regarding it's PAID members are BIASED and MEANINGLESS.

Better Business Bureau memberships are MEANINGLESS and does not say or PROVE a d**n thing about businesses that are PAID members of their organization.

SPECIAL NOTICE: I am compiling a list of questions which hopefully becomes a general checklist (industry standard) for any and all businesses peddling UNPROVEN "wealth building" programs.

I'm establishing a universal/general contract for all interested consumers to have signed by a business, before any business is to be conducted.

By establishing universal contracts, consumers will be able to hold fraudulent businesses accountable for any breech on their part. Feel free to build on this compilation.

1. Why is the cost of your program less than it's "earning potential?"

2. If your program is near as good as your UNSUBSTANTIATED claims suggests, why is it being offered to total strangers?

3. Why is the cost of your program directly proportional to ones available credit?

4. If your program is near as good as your UNSUBSTANTIATED claims suggests, what's wrong with a paid upon contingency basis, thus creating a win/win situation and not a take ones money even though no service has been rendered according to the agreement?

5. What happens in the event of a breech on your company's part?

Feel free to build on this compilation of questions which hopefully becomes a general cheklist (industry standard) for any and all businesses peddling UNPROVEN "wealth building" programs.

Hopefully someday such universal/general contracts can be reviewed and validated by attorneys and be used for every credit card tranaction.

Until next time take care Everyone cause I care, Aloha from Hawaii and God Bless.

I'm awaiting a credit from Mentoring of America, LLC to my MBNA credit card.

AUTHOR: Pam - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, August 26, 2005

Thanks Reid and Lindsey.......and Paul,
We are packed and ready to go, thanks to Paul's instructions, now we know just what to do...the ol' chain saw is sharp too.

For now we are waiting for a quick? credit to my MBNA credit card account. Last Monday a woman from MBNA called and left a message that a woman from John Beck Seminar 1, had called her and told her they want to credit my account the full amount as they had received all the returns. They would be sending me a Refund Agreement to sign.

Today is Friday and FedEx brought the paper. It has an address to return the materials to (all has already been returned unopened, and been acknowledged by JB to MBNA). There was no address of where to return the paper. (What a screwed up outfit!)

So, I called the woman at MBNA and asked her about that, she put me on hold and then came back on, instructing me to fax the signed paper to a number she gave me. She told me to call another number to check on the fax being received. I did so and of course no one answered the phone, but this time I could leave a message.

I received a letter from our Washington State
Attorney General's office yesterday. This matter is being investigated.

I checked my credit card account, it shows no change. Soooo....My husband is rebbing the engine. He is anxious to get going. He said he's bringing his best ropes and pigging strings (usually used to tie calves with), after all nothing is too good for this job. WAH..h*o!!

I'll let you know how everything comes out. Piece by piece, this and that.

Send a Cease and Dissist letter to John Beck if your credit card company refunded your money

AUTHOR: Lindsey - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, August 24, 2005

Hi Pam,

This happened to me too, only a little different. I got my money refunded in a charge back and fought w/ john beck. I spoke w/ an attorney and sent a cease and desist letter to them. My credit report is still clean and I have not heard from them since and I still have my money. You can check my report out that I listed to see the whole story. The title is something like...John beck took my money, but I won in the end HA HA HA.
Good luck to you and remember, if you received a charge back and you never signed the contract and you cancelled (or tried to) immediately you should be ok. Send a cease and desist letter and you should be fine. I also posted a copy of the letter my attorney gave me to send to john beck on my story I reported. Again GOOD LUCK. Let's see another win against JOHN BECK and his screwed up fraudulant company.

John Beck's programs are fraudulent and IT'S NOT just a matter of opinion. More than just a bad business man, John Beck is a f%ck!ng crooked attorney that needs to be investigated for fraud, being involved with and perpetuating a scam/swindle, where a fraudulent entity uses his name, unsubstantiated earning claims, bogus sales pitches, unproven testimonials, etc, etc, to lure many into a program where they have absolutely no intention of delivering the services which have been agreed upon.

Hey there Paul,

I hope that this rebuttal finds you in good spirits and health.

That is some funny $h!t you've posted, but all too true. LMFAO!

I can't believe how so many inbreeds are willing and desperate enough to make repeated public appearances in neighborhoods where folks are almost eager to kill.

We're talking neighborhoods, where killing over ridiculous things such as beer, drugs, chump change, etc, etc are common occurences.

Scam artists are either suicidal, or insist on proving the theory in that incest causes severe brain handicap in offsprings.

We're talking blatant fraud in public hotel conference rooms involving thousands of dollars from many. Gambling by all definintion.

I would rather be a prison guard (controlled environment) dealing with the world's most hardened criminals, than constantly having to worry about which one of my victim's is out to slash my throat or fill me full of lead.

Until next time, take care Paul cause I care, Aloha from Hawaii and God Bless.

Fifteen thousand is a lot of money to lose for the average person. So, when you drive to Utah and discuss it with Beck's people, remember to stay calm

AUTHOR: Paul - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, August 21, 2005

First, let's get some good directions, so that none of the mentoring purchasers (victims) get lost.

1: From I-80 E toward OGDEN/PROVO (3.3 miles)
2: Merge onto I-215 S via EXIT 117 toward PARK CITY / PROVO (10.8 miles)
3: Merge onto I-15 S via EXIT 12 toward LAS VEGAS (22.4 miles)
4: Take the 5TH EAST exit- EXIT 279- toward AMERICAN FORK / PLEASANT GROVE (0.3 miles)
5: Turn RIGHT onto S 500 E. (0.1 miles)
6: Turn LEFT onto E 1000 S. (0.3 miles)
7: E 1000 S becomes S 630 E. (0.1 miles)
8: Turn LEFT onto BROMLEY DR. (0.1 miles)
9: End at 752 E 1180 S, American Fork

Look for the Netvision sign. That should be the building.

Now, when you get there, (razor blades and salt) ask the receptionist to direct you to the company manager (no, please, I just work here).

Remember, you will need to present your case (torture) in a rational manner (bone drill). Naturally, they will be eager to help (please, my god man) you because they are in the business of success seminars (don't make me drill into your brain).

Many times, situations like this (well, he's gone) can easily be resolved (watch you don't slip in the pool of blood) once both parties can come to an understanding (is that a kidney?).

Perhaps, (hatchet) this whole thing (jagged flailing stump) is nothing more than a complete misunderstanding (sliced rib, lung exposed). I'm sure that this company is eager (is anyone left alive) to resolve this situation to everyone's satisfaction.

And, I'm sure that with the proper guidance (anal electrode) you may even be able to achieve (car battery and transformer) the real estate goals that you initially desired (echoing screams of agony).

After all, when people work together (final rasping gasp) to resolve their differences (fixed stare of death), the spirit of cooperation usually prevails (they finally gave back our money).

In the end (unspeakable horror) you need to remember (neighbors in wide-eyed shock) that the spirit of cooperation (mutilated corpses) has solved situation like this (I knew this was gonna happen) time and time again.

You see, companies like this (frauds) have your best intentions (they shoulda seen it coming) at heart.

Once this is resolved (six o'clock news) to everyone's satisfaction (4 dead, 2 others badly injured) you will be free to go on (persistent vegetative state) and pursue other interests (funerals).

The main thing you need to remember (others quitting fraud business) is that diplomacy and good will (they could be next) is all that it takes (my god, did you see the decapitation) to achieve your goals (too scared to cheat people anymore).

In the end (no more fraud) you will have to remember (souvenir eyeball in jar) that others may have different methods to handle conflict, but given the opportunity (full refund) everyone can come to an agreement (you can go home now).

There, now you see how well things can turn out when everyone works together in the spirit of peace and goodwill towards his fellow man?

Also, file a report regarding John Beck's involvement in this fraud to the California Bar. The IRS has very little to do with such scams.

John Beck's Mentoring America, may be ripping off all Americans with this scam

AUTHOR: Pam - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, August 19, 2005

Hi Reid,

I feel better today, I am so glad you give all of us needed guidance to how to cope with this scum, John Beck's this or that.

I have another question, maybe you or someone can answer. If the credit card company does not grant a charge back, or if a person gets involved with this scam and that person takes a loss, is that loss tax deductible?

If the loss is tax deductible to individuals, then IRS might be interested in stopping this scam/scum bag/Beck, for ripping the Good OL' USA out of some tax $'s.

I know IRS is not a favorite subject for a lot of people, but I would rather give my tax percent on the $14,995.00 to the IRS than to loose the whole amount to fly by night Beck, anyday.

Would reporting John Beck's scams to IRS put him behind bars?

Thank you again, and again, and....

Dispute The Charge Immediately!

AUTHOR: Reid - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, August 17, 2005

Hey there Pam,

I hope that this rebuttal finds you in good spirits and health.

A "charge back" is when your credit card company takes the money back from the fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Institute.

The money which never should have been released to the fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Institute in the first place, being that credit card companies are fully aware of scams long before consumers are.

In order to receive a charge back, you must contact your credit card company within so many days of the charge and place the fraudulent transaction in dispute.

Direct your credit card company to this website to view the many other unacknowledged, unexplained, and unresolved reports regarding the fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Institute.

Your credit card more than likely has fraud protection on it. Dispute the billing on grounds of "quality of service", which in this particular case, literally is FRAUD in disguise.

The onus would then lay on the fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Institute to substantiate the billing, thus PROVE that they intended to carry out the services that have been agreed upon.

They are totally incapable of substantiating the billing. This company is a scam and IT'S NOT just a matter of opinion. They are shoveling $h!t and have absolutely no intention of carrying out the services/living up to their end of the agreement.

Kudos to the first organization that strips this fraudulent business of their merchant account, and the first agency to nab one of these inbreeds and put them in the slammer alongside McKorkle.

If you have any questions of concerns along the way Pam, feel free to post them in a rebuttal and I will respond to them as soon as time permits.

Until next time, take care Pam cause I care, Aloha from Hawaii and God Bless.

John Beck's Amazing Profits Real Estate System/Mentoring of America, LLC. American Fork Utah, John Beck , I home the American Fork pokes you where it hurts!

AUTHOR: Pam - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, August 17, 2005

Hi ya Reid,
Thanks for your rebuttal.

I have been reading the reports about John Beck and have seen "charge back" mentioned several times in the reports. What is a charge back and how is it done?

I have been ill, so my letter writing has been a little slow, but I did send a complaint to the WA State Attorney General. I haven't received a response yet.

While gathering papers for that complaint, I came across a written "Return Policy: within 30 Days Less Shipping & Handling" on the John Beck Free & Clear receipt, which also refers to the "Read Me First" letter, which, of course, invites me to call him. But I didn't, so they called me....

My American fork point being: Since this is a written return POLICY, and on the same page, a note to "Jump start your way to mastering John's techniques... Wouldn't the "Return Policy" also cover ALL of the John Beck products, services, techniques, and bull....?

Thanks again,

Hey there Pam,

I hope that this rebuttal finds you in good spirits and health.

DON'T sign that contract! Right now as it stands, the fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Institute has nothing but your credit card company's money and a verbal agreement, which is meaningless, due to the means in which it had been obtained. FRAUD!

Dispute the charge and keep disputing it. Make your credit card company aware of the fact, that you do not intend to pay the fraudulent bill, so they'd better do everything possible to get it back from the fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Institute.

Believe me, your credit card company deliberately subjected your line of credit to this scam company, therefore, they should be the ones to get it back. The fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Institute should have had their merchant account taken away years ago.

Keep disputing the fraudulent charge. Also, report the fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Institute to the FTC, FBI, Attorney General, and Consumer Protection.

As stressful as it may be Pam, do not worry, John Beck's programs are scams and nothing, and I do mean nothing, is going to change this fact. Remember,,,,, help is only a rebuttal away.

Until next time, take care Pam cause I care, Aloha from Hawaii and God Bless.
