PRESS RELEASE

---- FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE ----

J.C. AUTO REPAIRS AND ITS OWNER JOHN CASALE OPERATING IN EAST CHESTER DECEPTIVE, UNDERHANDED UNETHICAL?? YOU BE THE JUDGE! White Plains, NY -- John Casale of J.C. Auto Sales at first comes off like a humble man with a broken Italian accent, but don't be fooled by his SOB stories of his Italy heritage and origins, its all a big hoax. He leads the public to believe that he is yout harmless Piazon (friend). But in reality, according to some customers, Casale is a wolf in sheeps clothing!

John Casale, appears to have some arrangement with the Eastchester Officials that the rest of us neophytes don't, where he is ok to hog up all of the parking spaces in the proximity of 166 Summerfield Street.  Well, you be the judge, On any given day, you can observe Casale customers vehicles waiting to be repaired being parked at the meters with zero time left on the meters.

All the while the Meter Maids and the town of Eastchester seem turn a blind eye to Casale's shennanigans, giving few to no parking tickets.  At the end of the day, the only person profiting here is John Casale. Oh, yes, you'll see Casale or his Son on occasion throw a couple of dimes in the meters, but the fact is that he is paying pennies on the dollar at best to park on the street and profiting big time at the community of Eastchester's expense.

A customer personally observed this parking habit while spending the greater part of the day on atleast four separate dates, while at the shop, waiting on repairs.

Casale's customer also complained that J.C. Auto Repairs ripped the family off for repairs that were repeatedly done wrong;  "John Casale screwed us over, we would never retuirn." The complainant also observed other disgruntled customers addressing bad repairs while at the shop. When the customer returned (post repairs) on at least two occassions, the customer reported that John Casale personally went "Native" and started becoming beligerant with the customer in front of family members, causing the customer to be alarmed and fearful. He shared; "He in my opinion is a real Jekyll and Hyde, this guy is scary if you return complaining over a previous repair."

In another incident the customer complained that the body of the car was returned to the family with "Dings" after J.C. Auto Repairs negligently "sanwiched parked" the vehicle between two cars, so tightly, that the only way to open the car door, was to open it against the car parked next to it, causing dings in the door (dings are little dents in the body of the door that make the car look less desirable, depreciate the value of the vehicle and can cost hundreds of dollars to get removed; "The hood of my car was dinged as if he dropped the hood on a tool that was left under the hood and the doors were all dinged up and he gave me big balls about taking responsibility for his negligence."

The customer stated; "If you have a car that you really care about, be advised that it will likely parked tightly inbetween other cars at pre and post repair stages and there is a reasonably high probability that your car is going to get dented up in the lot" Adding; "Inspect the parking lot before you commit to a repair with this place."

A customer stated that John Casale was not the humble little Italian man he represented himself to be at first; "John Casale was the only mechanic I have ever met, who insults his customers and thier vehicles, while at the same time taking thier money." The customer went on; "John Casale's persona changed, when I came in the first couple of times, his tenor really changed, in short order."

In another customer complaint, John Casale became enraged when the cutomer returned to the shop on a complaint that a repair that was represented as complete, was not properly repaired, which left the customer with Air Conditioning problems in the middle of Summer. "Casale represented that the repair was complete, billed me and botched the job," said the Complainant.

In this instance, upon returning to bring the unresolved problem to Casale's attention, the customer reported; "The once gentlemen like John Casale, started berating me and then confiscated the vehicle from the me as I was on my way to work that day all the while, it was parked on Eastchester City Property and not on his property at 166 Summerfield St, Scarsdale, NY 10583."

The complainanted went on to report; He literally and technically stole my car, because it was not on his property, rather the vehicle was parked on City property.

The complainant elaborated;" John Casale had no right to enforce a mechanics lein on the car that day as I was parked on public property and I want prospective J.C. Auto Repair customers to know that this can happen to you if you don't watch this guy."

The Ripped Off J.C. Auto Repairs customer also reported to Ripp Off Report that Eastchester Police (who appeared to be tight with Mr. Casale) did nothing about the incident and allowed John Casale to hold the car, despite the fact that their was a payment arrangement and despite the fact that the customer's car was parked on City Property and John  Casale has no legal right to enforce a Mechanics Lien under New York State Law. Not to mention the fact that the purported AC repair was still not correct.  "I believe that John Casale Stole my vehicle that day he personally drove my vehile off Eastchester City Property and drove it into his garage and held it for ransom, until he was paid in full. Casale should have been arrested for auto theft."

The Complainant added and wanted to advise present & future J.C. Auto Repairs customers; "I just want to say that I found Mr. Casale to be dishonerable, a liar,  and someone who mislead me and my family. Caveat emptor. I want to share with the community and prospective customers that if you are thinking of bringing your vehicle into J.C. Auto Repairs, consider what I have been put through at J.C Auto Repairs. You too could be a victim."
