On the 1st week in Nov. 2008 I had an estate sale for my son who passed away in Sept. 08. John Downey came and took a large amount of Video games to sell on consignment.
He said he would pay me $399.00 which is the amount owed after he sold everything or . The consignment was till 1st week of Feb. this year 2009. I have contacted him 3 times since Feb. and was told each time he would send me a check.
The total was $599.00 , he paid $200.00 down and promised the rest on consignment. I told him I would pick up what wasn't sold and have him pay me what was sold. I have a breakdown of each systems games he took, but not a list of the actual games.
He owes
$130 for X-box games
$63 for Gamecube games
$54 for gameboy game.
$24 for Turbo games
$10 for Ps2 games
$225 for PS1 games
$90 for Sega CD games
$23 for Sega games
I've been reading about Mr. Downey on Mediaslob.com and believe he has no intention of paying me.
I have the list of games and prices he gave me.
