I was photographed by John Hawley (MusclePapa) of http://www.musclepapa.com/ over 1 year ago and never received my photos that he promised to send me and to publish, apparently he never even sent them to the magazine as I called and spoke with the art director who said that the magazine did not even work with him.
It was the worst shoot ever; all he did was harass me and put every photographer down who is much better than him. Stay away from this guy he is one of the worst so called photographers out there!

I'm not sure who JNFIT of Miami actually is, but deny charging for undelivered photography shot for any magazine or otherwise. If JNFIT would support the veracity of their accusation with printed documentation of such written agreements or prior communications with Musclepapa via email exchanges, releases, cancelled checks, paypal transfer, communications with magazines, etc. I'll certainly make good on any undelivered services or make a full refund for anything paid for and not delivered. I'm also available for phone communications at 904.333.3527 and I'd encourage anyone treated in such a way as claimed to likewise consider legal action as I would certainly do. No one is above the law including myself and JNFIT, which is making these claims. Let's get to the bottom of this and get it taken care of immediately.
