Portatech.com offers the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. It took almost a month to get my items. It wasn't until I called did they ship them out. If they were honest and had told me they were not shipped I would have cancelled the order.
Once, I received the items, they were defective. I attempted to call the 800 number but was only greeted with busy signals or "all circuits are busy" message. I finally tracked down their local number so I could make contact. When I talked to them, they would not allow me to explain the issues.
Also, I find it disappointing that Paypal allows them to use their service. I order through them because I could use Paypal. Plus they use FedEx to ship. The perfect storm of pathetic service. Please, please don't use this company's web site!!!
