John P Kenosian & Miele, LLP Falsly garnishing wages Los Angeles California

My wages were unlawfully garnished for a collection I paid off in 2013.  I called Kenosian & Miele and they stated I had to file an exemption. So I did and they wrote back stating that it seems like I'm withholding income information, because there is NO way my bills and expenses exceed my income. However, this is exactly that! More so, on that same letter they placed a court date of December 2, 2016 and court house and time and department. So I took time off work to report to court only for the courthouse clerk to tell me that the law office NEVER finished their filing and there was no court date. Of course, there was no letter stating NOT to come to court. When I called and spoke with Jennifer today, at extension 324, she said " oh I see we will have a different court date in January 2017" when I told her I have YET to receive any letter on that, she said "oh you will in a few days." I told her I would be mentioning this in the "upcoming" court date so they are ALL aware of the time I lost from work today, and the failure on their end to communicate! Now that I am looking at reviews, and website I see that I am not their only victim. I will be pursuing a Cease and Desist against them.
