Extremely negligent to his tenants and building/ house. Neglects to fix needed repairs. Has inspection violations to his building/ house which he rents to tenants. He never seems to care to fix any repairs, pest issues, etc. Also ripping off tenants by wire tapping their Utility Lines therefore having his tenants pay for utilities that he should be paying for--- which is illegal. Threatens tenants with eviction if they demand repairs or in retaliation. Shuts off heat and other usual accessible items out of retaliationy even if they have a small baby. Is bias and discriminates based on race and color.

Neglects to address problems with weather conditions which require land lord or maintenence attention; leaves snow down on the premises during winter thus allowing it to get so bad to become hard slippery ice to endanger his tenants to fall, not addressing flooded basement which risk mold and mildew to form-- leaving it to tenants to clean up or be endangered (since this is a common area for laundry), imbeproper lighting in hall ways and front entry risking security of tenants. Outside of building/ house beginning to look like abandoned building/ house.

Guilty of misleading tenant to renting illegal 3rd Floor apartment-- which also was supported by government (tax payers') money-- (section 8? not sure but money came from out source-- government.) Expecting his non- white tenants to be maids or maintenence for the entire house and still pay rent-- which is pretty unfair and seems prejudice... treating his black tenants more like slaves than tenants.

Basically the man is a slumlord who is very unfair with certain tenants especially showing discriminated behavior to those who differ from his race. His race is white and he definitely doesn't know how to treat any other race especially blacks. Uses his religion to try to attract helpless women tenant only to later degrade them by his negligent and harsh behavior toward them. Please don't fall victim to this slumlord!!!

If you did already don't let him bully you out just because he's too negligent to fix your repairs or address the necessary matters of the building/ house. Make sure you get a fair hearing in court! He has a record of trying to get rid of his tenants because of their much needed repairs. He often tries to intimidate them with threats and bully them out. He needs to be exposed!!
