The so-called BIG SHOTS were in fact paid a fee to come and make a sales pitch about how the Entertainment Industry is so... hard to sbreak into...Then Kim Flowers represents herself as an agent. She is the franchise owner of Las Vegas JRP or Justine Reyes General Manager of Reno Nevada, JRP who incidently Kim Flowers also owns. They would both come to these "Auditions" and close the sale by doing private auditions. They would have the hopeful young (and old) prospective clients sing or simply read a few lines of a supposedly up-coming commercial or movie. Then they would tell everyone that if the Casting Director or Agent was really interested in them they would get a call back!! The truth is anyone that looked like they had money would be called back. Then they were told they need "Training." I was even ripped off because I was the one that invited the people to the Auditions and I was promised bonuses which I rarely got. The payroll checks were "insufficient funds." It has been two weeks and have only got the run around. IPOP is just a way to make huge profits in 4 days.

Enough is enough I investigated the business license only to find they conducted business for 8 months without a license and had none when I signed their contract for classes and IPOP. I am sure this is only the begining and I will make authorities hold these people liable for the violations. We can't make these people grow morality but we sure can make them follow rules of business.

Their teachers, who are responsible for your childrens wellfare and education, are not required any credentials.What school charges $100 plus an hour for classes and does not have qualified profesionals?

It is a requirement to have at least a bachelor's degree in acting, and at least 5 years experience to teach at a JRP. That is one thing we are EXTREMELY strict on!***

This company is not the only way to further your childrens career so just do some research and be patient. If you haven't yet, do not do business with these people, and if you have do some digging and you will find the truth. Expose these people and hold them liable. Check their backgrounds and enlist your local media to help. They will be more than happy to help expose the exploitation of our children.

You keep ranting about how you were ripped off, but how? Because someone else paid a different amount? Can you prove it? iPOP and JRP are not the same, as each JRP is an individually owned franchise, so there were literally fifty companies who went to iPOP, which itself is an independent business. Who was supposed to give you a refund? iPOP? JRP? the hotel you stayed at? You sound bitter, if you are going to complain, complain like an adult and make a point, dont just whine because your child didnt do as well as you had hoped.
